We ship all United States orders using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Packages will require a signature to confirm delivery.

Exceptions: APO and PO Box address must ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Next Day Delivery is available, and is offered for an additional fee. We will call to confirm the additional fee prior to shipping.
• For Wig Orders - Shipping is $11.95 in the 48 United States. This includes insurance and tracking.
• For Accessories - Shipping is $11.95 for orders under $30. For orders over $30 shipping is $14.95. This includes insurance and tracking.
• Occasionally shipping may be higher if you are ordering accessories in bulk and the package is over 4 lbs. ** However, we would call you to inform you if additional shipping is needed

Shipping and Delivery Time Frame:
We provide Premium Quality units, therefore the time frames listed below are to ensure the highest quality.
For Premium Custom Wigs - it takes approximately 4 - 7weeks depending upon custom order requirements. Each wig is custom made to your measurements and specifications, with each individual strand of hair being hand tied and double knotted to ensure the highest quality.
For Stock Wigs - they ship within 2-4 business days, depending upon volume of orders. All wigs go through a QA process before they are shipped. This process is to ensure that the wig you receive is of the utmost quality and workmanship. Once shipped, it can take 2 - 6 business days for your package to be delivered via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Exception: APO and PO Box addresses ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
Wig Accessories - If you only order wig accessories - they will ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it can take 1-3 business days for your package to be delivered via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Exception: APO and PO Box addresses ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
All packages returned for “Invalid Address” or as “Undeliverable” will require additional shipping fees to resend the packages. Any fees associated with this will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance is optional (but recommended) and is the responsibility of the buyer.
Payments are only accepted via Google Checkout, Paypal or methods listed in each of the listings unless other arrangements have been made. There are no exceptions. Once you have submitted your order form you will be emailed an Invoice.
Once funds are received stock wigs are delivered in 2-3 days. Custom orders production is 4 -6 weeks.
We take no responsibility for late shipments. The customer is responsible for any destination problems, i.e., incorrect billing information and/or shipping to a wrong, an alternate address, if they're not home when the shipment arrives, and/or additional custom charges for international customers. All of these situations may cause shipping delays, as all orders must be verified.
Additionally, we cannot be responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather, systems failures, or other causes outside of our control.
Due to Health Regulations and because our prices are so low, and in an effort to keep them low, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please choose carefully before making your purchase. All details of our lace wigs are shown in our photos. If you have questions about a lace wig, please contact us before making your purchase. The only time we will offer an exchange or store credit is when an error has been made on our part. If this is the case, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) of receipt of your unit please contact us.
We do not accept returns on wigs that have been altered in anyway. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Please DO NOT Cut, Tear, Dye or Alter the Lace on the Wig
Please DO NOT Put any Tape or Glue on the Wig
Please DO NOT Put any hair products or chemicals, dye, etc. on the Wig
Please DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
Please DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Wig
Please DO NOT WEAR the Wig
Please DO NOT destroy the original packaging.
If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges. If we make an error in your order, and you meet the terms and conditions listed above, you will receive an exchange or store credit
If you decide you would like to cancel your purchase before you have sent in your order form you will be given a in store credit to be used towards any other purchases made in the store, but we do not issue refunds. Please be sure that you want to buy before the business transaction is completed.
